Tuition & Fees

Full tuition for the 2026-27 school year is $12,200.00 

Payment Options:
* Full Payment Plan - no financial aid or scholarships, payment due by August 15, 2026:  no service hours required
* Half Payment Plan - no financial aid or scholarships, payments due by August 15, 2026 and January 15, 2027:  half service hours required
* Monthly Payment Plan (FACTS) - payments spread over 12 months (July 2026 through June 2027) for 9th, 10th, and 11th grades; 11 months for 12th grade (July 2026 through May 2027).

REGISTRATION $550 per student - this fee is non-refundable, and full payment is due by May 15, 2026

Required Fees

• FUNDRAISING FEE $500 per family - 3 fundraisers in the school year; $250 due by Dec 10, 2026 and $250 due by May 15, 2027 - a family may opt out of fundraising by making a $450 payment by October 1, 2026
• ORATORY FEE $600 - includes student technology device and charger, technology software subscriptions, classroom resources, science lab fees, yearbook, retreat fees (additional Kairos fee during senior year not included), standardized testing (does not include AP testing fees), emergency supplies, faculty professional development, and printing and mailing costs. ( $300 due by Dec 10, $300 due by May 15)

Additional or Optional Fees

• GRADUATION FEE $300 (Seniors only) - due by April 15th; includes cap/gown rental, ceremony and senior event expenses 
• AP CLASS FEE $125-$175 per class - includes testing fee, teacher professional development, and classroom resources; fee is non-refundable; student must take exam to receive AP designation on transcript
• SPORTS FEE $200 - $700 per sport - fees vary for each sport and are non-refundable if student quits or is dismissed from team

PARENT SERVICE HOURS - 30 hours per family - donations can be dropped off with Mrs. Concho in the main office or you may sign up to volunteer at school events to get your credit (15 hours due by Dec 15, 15 hours due by May 15); unfulfilled service hours are billed at the rate of $20/hour

Salesian High School uses FACTS Tuition Management for the collection of tuition and other fees. During registration, families will be directed to set up their tuition payment account with FACTS. At that time families also pay the registration fee. 

All families of enrolled students must maintain a FACTS Tuition Management account. Families who elect to make credit card payments made through FACTS incur a 3.05% service charge in addition to the payment amount. Late tuition payments incur a $30.00 charge per month in which the payment is delinquent. Returned payments incur a $25 FACTS fee.
