Seniors, please complete the following tasks by Tues., May 25th at 11:59 p.m.
1) Complete the Class of 2021 Google Form "College Admissions Survey"
2) Complete the Class of 2021 Google Form "College Financial Aid Survey"
3) Submit copies of your College acceptance letters (screenshots of letters and emails)
4) **Double check that the college/university that you will be attending is listed on your Naviance account.
If you have not listed it on your Naviance account, please contact Mr. Galvan BEFORE graduation.
5) Double check that you have provided the accurate college information including what school you will be attending in the fall. The information provided on the College Financial Aid Survey Google Form (question number 2) will be used for the graduation ceremony.
Have You Listed the School That You Will Attend on Naviance?
All seniors are required to list the school that they will attend in the fall on their Naviance account. By completing this critical step, you will ensure that your school (community college, trade tech, university, college) WILL RECEIVE YOUR FINAL TRANSCRIPT as soon as they are printed the week of June 1st. If you do not list the school on Naviance, your transcript will be delayed. Such delay may cause a hold on your student account. Therefore, double check that the step is completed. If you completed the Class of 2021 Financial Aid Google Form (question #2) then you are set to go! If you have any questions, email Mr. Galvan.
