Academics At Salesian

Salesian High School offers a wide range of Advanced Placement (AP) courses and pathways designed to challenge and prepare students for success in higher education. Our academic program of studies exceeds the University of California/ California State University A – G entrance requirements. The curriculum provides a solid foundation for continuing education and for career development. Students are counseled and placed in courses based on placement examination results, previous academic performance, and personal choice. One of the standout features of Salesian High School's curriculum is its emphasis on meeting the rigorous A-G requirements set forth by the University of California (UC) college admissions. These requirements ensure that students have taken a diverse set of courses across various subject areas, enabling them to develop a well-rounded academic foundation.
