Student-Athlete Sports Registration Portal

if you plan to participate in Mustang Athletics, all sports registration must be done through HOME CAMPUS.
 Visit https://www.homecampus.com/login
 
-The athletic physical upload section will need to be complete before the athletic department can review your athletic clearance. All physicals are to be uploaded to the system. 
-The electronic signature section requires signatures to match on all forms. Signature boxes on the left belong to the student-athlete, and signature boxes on the right belong to the parent. 
-Once your clearance is complete, you'll see a confirmation page indicating that the clearance is under review; THIS DOES NOT CLEAR THE ATHLETE TO PRACTICE / PARTICIPATE.
- A CLEAR or DENIAL message will be sent to the email used to create the account.
