this is a happy evening Lord what is the time I say thank you to all the people that have helped you young men pursue their dreams naturally we thank the parents they were the ones that may be at times wondered if things were going to work out or they had the greatest confidence struggles their son would make it bless them maybe have a wonderful time and in that moment when they have their doubts they do remember this evening celebrated the rest of their lives we ask your blessing of fun in the name of the father and of the son and of the holy spirit amen class of 2023 pause for a minute to remember what we all felt in the summer of 2019 our freshman year a mighty group of 95 of us started summer school that year as we prepared ourselves to become high school students Hazard High School thinking you'd be so much success when using the first basketball championship in to Legion history together however we soon faced our biggest roadblock remember when we were told not to worry about covid and I will leave we will be back in a week then then a year for hours trying to figure out what to do next I went up and then it would end has returned to school in August of 2021 we got to see familiar faces people in the cement 6s when do football start soccer team win the CAF Division and they total together more importantly we were together as I stand here before you all take me and every moment I can I encourage you class of 2023 to look your classmates and reminisce on their memories together to be grateful that we had the opportunity to build a strong bond with a class a bond that was strengthened with every hardship in Roblox be faced take a moment and look around this weekend camping look towards the and remember those rallies we had the rally that got so hot and so humid but are also some of the most enjoyable times you've had is a class look at this field around us the field in which many of us spend hours on a 15-0 sport a place where I personally have one hundreds of laps or cross-country a field that will undoubtedly lead shoes all of us major today more importantly our school building a building and which weird ideas received her education and became the young men we are today taking this very moment taking every detail of this school this will be the last time we were here students who ever this is not an occasion to be sad this is a moment to be thankful thankful that we were able to experience the lesion thankful that we can call ourselves Mustangs now and forever I'm extremely thankful for my own Community my teachers my friends my family they've been there with me for every single step of the way I just want to say thank you to a member of our community not here with us today miss Worcester it was always one of our biggest cheerleaders help me overcome my anxiety during covid and always reminded if that all you need is love I know she's watching over all of us with a big smile let us not live in the Great Smiley of uncertainty by mistake Brothers take a stand for something they can risk we have a lot of 54 and a lot to accomplish if we truly want to change this world this is just the beginning. 23 dare Mighty things thank you go fighting Irish I go Mustang
